  1. The above results were approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 22 July, 2008.
  2. Since the Company operates in a single segment of Natural Gas Business, the disclosure requirements as per Accounting Standard 17 “Segment Reporting” are not applicable to the Company.
  3. Details of number of investor complaints for the three months period ended 30th June, 2008: Beginning Nil, Received 25, Disposed of 25 and Pending Nil.
  4. The statutory auditors have carried out a limited review of the financial results for the three months period ended 30 June, 2008.
  5. Previous period figures have been regrouped/ reclassified wherever necessary.
