Ownership Transfer  :


The procedure to be followed for name change/ownership transfer request.

        1. For minor spelling error in name customer is required to send email at from registered email-id mentioning the desired correction. The same will be updated within 5 days.

        2. For Ownership Change customer is required to fill the following documents and documents may be send through email at or or hard copy may also be sent to:

Noida – 201301.Uttar Pradesh.

The required documents:

 (a).  A request letter for name change/ownership transfer.

(b).  Application Form (Original Form)

(c).  Aadhar card/ID proof copy

(d).  Outstanding PNG Bills of previous owner should be cleared.

(e).  NOC(Affidavit)from previous owner/Declaration by New Owner in absence of NOC of previous owner/Undertaking by next of property owner in situation of death of PNG Connection holder on Rs. 100/- Notarized Stamp Paper  as per the attached format.

              (f).    Ownership Proof Self attested
                             -  Copy of Sales deed  (Mandatory)
                             -  Copy of Electricity Bill(Current)
                             -  Copy of House tax receipt (Current)

              (h).   In case of death of existing PNG Connection holder, following are required:
                             -  Death certificate of existing PNG connection holder
                             -  Copy of Registered latest Will.
                             -  In case of more than one legal heir in Registered Will, NOC is required from other legal heirs for transfer of PNG connection.
